Refund Policy

All products sold through the Educible Vault and Shop are digital goods, delivered instantly upon purchase.

Refunds are issued only in the following cases

• Duplicate or accidental payment
• Failed, corrupted, or inaccessible file delivery
• A technical error on our end preventing you from receiving your purchase

To request a refund, email educiblemusic@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, including your order confirmation or payment reference.

Refunds are not issued for

• Change of mind after purchase
• Incompatibility with your software, hardware, or DAW
• Dissatisfaction with the creative content after download

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to processing times of the payment provider (Payhip/Razorpay).

For service-based work (production, mixing, mastering, sound design, commercial projects), refund and cancellation terms are governed separately by the Service Agreement shared at the time of booking.
